Verification

After payment, MeshNet verifies access through on-chain receipts.

• Payment Receipt — The client attaches a transaction hash (tx) in the Payment-Receipt header.

• Verification Node — The service or node checks that:

  • The payment was made to the correct address

  • The amount and chain match

  • The transaction is confirmed on-chain

If valid, MeshNet returns a normal HTTP 200 response and delivers the resource. If invalid, it remains locked with 402 Payment Required.

This ensures trustless, instant confirmation between clients and services.
